Getting Payton Turner back for the 2022 season isn’t being talked about enough. What he put on tape last season in the five games he played is intriguing. He showed a lot of promising traits and a lot of upside that with a full healthy season of play, he’ll be a star in the making.
The Saints are essentially getting three first round picks this season in Chris Olave, Trevor Penning, and Payton Turner. You could say another first round pick in Michael Thomas as well. But he’s not the focus of this article, Turner is. So, lets dive into some film and look get an overview of his rookie year.
