Saints Vs Cardinals Pregame Guide

The Saints take on the Arizona Cardinals as their third and final preseason game of 2021. The game will be played in the Caesar Superdome. Due to a storm the time of the game went from 7:00 PM CT to 12:00 PM CT.

How and Where to watch the game:

For those who are in a local area like Louisiana the game should be available on NBC, CBS, Fox, and NFL Network. If you don’t get the game and can’t watch it, join this Saints group chat and a link to a live stream will be sent: https://relevnt.app/vibe/44763

Whose Out:

Due to the recent practice reports we can assume Tre’Quan Smith, Payton Turner, Ken Crawley, Nick Vannett, Adam Trautman, and Malcolm Roach will not play.

Alvin Kamara, Marshon Lattimore, Marquez Callaway along with all the other secured starters will likely not play. Possibly some Deonte Harris and Latavius Murray but not much, mainly 2’s and 3’s (the guys who haven’t secured a guaranteed spot).

Uniforms:

White Jerseys over gold pants with black socks.

Players to watch:

  • Kevin White
  • Chris Hogan
  • Lil’Jordan Humphrey
  • Andrew Dowell
  • Chase Hansen
  • Wynton McManis
  • Kawaan Baker
  • Easop Winston

*This is based off of players who are likely on the fence of making the roster or being cut.

Things to keep an eye on:

  • As the preseason comes to an end keep an eye out for the guys who haven’t secured a roster spot. Guys who could possibly make the roster but are still on the fence, like Kevin White.
  • Does someone step up at interior defensive line
  • Can the linebackers depth reveal itself, what guys will they have to cut and who will make the roster
  • How comfortable does Juwan Johnson look at tight end and is there enough depth to get through the first few weeks
  • Can a player in the secondary take a step forward and be a good depth player
  • Keep an eye on Aldrick Rosas to get a grasp of confidence while Lutz is out
