Saints make some moves

With players down and out for a good portion of the season, the Saints have had a pretty active week. They’ve had players visit, workout, and signed some of those players. Positions like linebacker, defensive line, corner, and receiver are thin at depth for the Saints.

They’ve made moves and set up visits to help fill in the depth at those positions. Based on the past two days here’s what’s been going on and some transactions the Saints have made.

-Signed cornerback Brian Poole

-Signed wide receiver Chris Hogan

-Placed Michael Thomas on the PUP (physically unable to perform) list

-Placed guard Derek Kelly on the non football injury list

-Met/worked out with Damion Willis and Trevor Davis

-DE Justus Reed worked out with the Saints
